American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification
RECOMMENDED CERTIFICATIONS:
American Red Cross Lifeguaring, First Aid, and CPR for the
Professional Rescuer with AED
HOURS:
Part-Time position
2-3 hour shift, weekday evenings and/or Saturday mornings
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction of the Aquatics Program Coordinator, a
Water Safety Instructor will teach people of all ages using the
American Red Cross "Learn to Swim" program
Water safety instructors must be an energetic, dedicated and
motivated indvidual who enjoys swimming and teaching children or
adults.
Water Safety Instructor must be willing to work at 3 pool
locations, Olson Middle School Pool, Valley View Middle School
Pool, and Richfield Middle School Pool.
