 Job Summary:

The School Nutrition Worker performs a variety of job responsibilities relating to general food preparation including high volume, high speed quantity food production; cashiering; serving; receiving; delivery; dishwashing, general kitchen clean-up, teamwork skills and other duties and responsibilities as assigned by their supervisor. Substitute employees are defined as individuals scheduled for work hours on an intermittent basis to meet the needs of the program. 

 Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Work experience in school food service or related food service operation desired
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Membership in SNA / MSNA encouraged
