Description:
Must possess valid Driver's License with CDL endorsement and Illinois school bus permit; Ability to pass state or federal medical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and criminal background check; minimum three year excellent driving record with no suspensions or DUI convictions; proven ability to drive and perform all duties essential to safe school bus operation; proven team player with good work ethics; ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff and all stakeholders within a diverse community regarding all aspects of school bus driver activities.
Work Week:
Monday through Friday
Work Year:
174 days of student attendance plus training and in-services as requested
Work Hours:
In accordance with route schedules and collective bargaining agreement
Salary:
$16.61 per hour minimum
