1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Proper certification - LBSI
3. Knowledge of the unique needs of the adolescent
4. Team focused – with an exceptional ability to work with colleagues, students, and parents
5. Available for employment – August 20, 2012
SALARY AND FRINGE BENEFITS
1. Base salary 2012-13 has not been established, currently in negotiations.
*The 2011-12 school year the base salary was $32,000 (with TRS included $35,320).
2. Benefits as stated in the DEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
3. Fifteen (15) days per year sick leave cumulative to 360 days.
4. Two (2) days personal leave per year.
