QUALIFICATIONS
:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
2.
Possesses advanced knowledge of personnel policies and
practices.
3.
Minimum of three years administrative/supervisory experience
preferably in public education.
4.
Demonstrated ability to work with the entire school community
(parents, teachers, administrators, students, parents and other
related groups.)
5.
Working knowledge of Michigan Department of Education and federal
guidelines.
6.
Outstanding communication skills both written and oral.
7.
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to implement bargaining and
labor relations strategies including "Win-Win" approach.
8.
Creative problem solving capability and demonstrates strong
analytical skills.
SALARY
:
$50,000 / Full Benefit
