Elementary Reading Specialist with appropriate certification: Type 03 with reading endorsement or Type 10
· Expertise in the application of instructional practices to improve reading development across the elementary grades;
· Ability to use formal and informal assessment data to inform instruction;
· Ability to create a student-centered environment that promotes engaged learning;
· Ability to maintain data and records required for government reporting;
· Ability to work collaboratively with teams, colleagues & supervisors;
· Ability to form supportive home-school partnerships.
