The Cañon City School District Fremont RE-1 is accepting applications for SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS for the 2010-2011 school year. A Colorado substitute teaching license is required .
If you have a Bachelor's degree but no license and want to teach, you can secure a three year or one year license. Please visit the CDE website for an application. Daily pay rate starts at $60 to $80 per full day depending on licensure, possession of a Masters Degree, number of full days subbed and eligibility for travel fee.
If you have a high school diploma , a one year license can be obtained but you must first complete this Cañon City Schools Substitute Application. P lease visit the CDE website for a one year Colorado substitute license application.
A background check is required for both licenses.
