MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants must possess at least a High School Diploma or GED; a valid PA driver's license; demonstrated experience in either commercial maintenance, landscaping, or painting; knowledge of and experience operating small and/or heavy lawn or snow removal equipment; understands and can apply the uses of carpentry, plumbing, and mechanic tools; the ability to lift seventy-five (75) pounds; and be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time as well as constant bending, reaching, carrying, stooping, shoveling and/or climbing stairs/ladders as necessary.
LOCATION: Facilities Department - District Wide
SALARY: $12.64 per hour (In accordance with the AFSCME Contract Agreement)
WORK CONTRACT: 260 days per year, 8 hours per day (In accordance with the AFSCME Contract Agreement)
