The NEA-LC Bargaining Agreement allows for current certified employees to request a transfer for any position for which they are highly qualified. "Certified employees who are highly qualified may request an interview with the immediate supervisor and will be granted an interview for the posted position". Completing the AppliTrack application for a Centennial High School position will be considered an official request for a transfer. Your answers to the screening questions in the application will be considered to be a Level 1 interview. Applicants will be screened based on information submitted plus a review of work history and specific experiences. Applicants who emerge as the more qualified candidates will be forwarded to the Interview Committee for a level 2 interview.
