PrepNet is seeking a Business
Analyst/Financial Manager. The selected individual will
be responsible for managing, researching and reporting
business information critical to the efficient and effective
operation of our schools.
The ideal candidate for this position will
possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field,
and have a minimum of five years relevant experience or a CPA
Certification. Strong communication and people
skills as well as financial analysis and reporting experience
is also crucial to this detail-oriented position.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Preparing and
analyzing monthly financial statements f
or reporting to various agencies and administration
·
Prepare annual
budgets and amendments
·
Monitor and
report on spending as it relates to budget
·
Assisting with
student record information collection
·
Assure correct
coding for transactions
·
Assist with
account analyses and special projects
·
Assist with
annual audit
·
Analyze actual
to budget variances
·
Other duties
and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor's
Degree in Accounting or closely related field
·
5+ years of
relevant professional experience is required or CPA
Certification
·
Strong
analytical mindset
·
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
·
Must be detail
oriented
·
Strong
Microsoft Excel skills
