Assistive technology specialist needed to support staff and students in comprehensive programs that serve students with special needs who have a wide-range of cognitive and physical disabilities, K-12. 

 

Responsibilities will include implementing and training staff and students on the use of technologies, conducting assessments and determining students’ needs.

 

A strong understanding of assistive technologies, curriculum access and assessments is required. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience in the areas of assistive technology with a special needs population.  

 

Connecticut Comprehensive Special Education (065) teacher certification desired.
