Description
Columbus
Collegiate Academy is a nonprofit organization that starts and
manages urban charter public schools that close the achievement
gap and prepare low-income students to graduate from college.
We are seeking reading,
writing, math, science, and history teachers as well as
Intervention Specialists in grades 6-8 at both our Main Street
and West campuses.

score of all Columbus middle schools for three straight

Our student population is approximately 90% students of color
and 95% qualify for free or reduced lunch.

Admission is open to all students; academic proficiency is not
considered during the admissions process.

Holds a B.A./B.S. degree in the area where you intend to teach
(preferred).

This position
will begin on July 16, 2012, though resumes will be considered
immediately.
Compensation and benefits
are highly competitive; teachers are eligible to participate in
Ohio's State Teacher Retirement System. Columbus
