Demonstrated ability to perform basic and print shop math computations, i.e.: read ruler measurements, calculate paper sizes and amounts, calculate prices, etc.

Ability and willingness to communicate effectively with District 60 staff, students, parents, business representatives and the general public

Responsibilities:
Assist in all areas of production as needed and as directed by the immediate supervisor, including copier area and bindery/finishing/distribution area.
Wrap/box orders for distribution through district mail system.
Set up and operate high-speed copiers to reproduce orders.
Set up and operate finishing equipment including paper cutter, drilling machine, manual and automatic punch and book binder, folder, folder/stapler, shrink wrapper.
Operate windows based computer with MS Office and web-based print shop software to process and complete orders as required in all production areas.
Perform quality control measures for all orders.
Assist with answering telephone and helping customers.
Any and all other responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.
