Building Technical Support

POSITION:    Building Technical Support

                              12 month position, 8 hrs per day, 261 days per year,

CLASSIFICATION:   AFSCME Specialist 
 

 PAY RATE:   $12.60 per hour

WORK LOCATION:   Glenbard South

REQUIREMENTS:     

• Must have strong computer and technology skills
• Troubleshooting computers and basic understanding of networking
• Ability to performing standard maintenance on computers and loading software
• A basic knowledge of Mac OSX, and Windows XP operating systems
• Related college degree and/or A+ certified preferred
• Professional in demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to relate well with staff and students.
