A Master's Degree: Type
75 Certificate with an Administrative Endorsement.

the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate
and acceptable.
JOB GOAL:
To provide leadership for
the on-going development and improvement of the Summer Title I
Programs, so that it ensures student needs are aligned with
State standards and support the Board of Education
priorities.
PERFORMANCE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Assists in the coordination of all activities of
the Title I program.
2.
Assists in collecting and keeping attendance
records of student participants.
3.
Responsible for submission of payroll data for
staff.
4.
Assists in hiring of staff.
5.
Recruits Students.
6.
Chairs curriculum meetings.
7.
Assists with Discipline.
8.
Orders and provides supplies for
teachers.
9.
Supervises Teacher Aides.
10.
Coordinates the program curriculum with the
District Title I Coordinator.

June 18 - July 16, 2012
SALARY:
$6000 Stipend
EVALUATION:
Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with
the provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of
Administrative Personnel.
