REQUIRED LICENSURE:
School Social Worker with MA
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Masters in Social Work required
Experience with at-risk elementary age youth
Ability to work successfully with students and adults of various economic, racial, and cultural backgrounds
Knowledge of special education procedures
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with students individually and in groups
Assist with collaboration among teachers, students, families, and community to meet educational needs
Provide case management services
Conduct assessments
Lead groups on a variety of topics
