Start Date: September 1, 2012
Job Description: Work with students, staff, and parents to provide ongoing support responsive to student needs at the Chatham Middle School.
Requirements:
NJ School Counselor Certification
Student Assistance Counselor (SAC) Certification, a plus
Experience as a middle school counselor (preferred)
Middle school teaching experience (preferred)
Knowledge of, experience with, and enthusiasm for pre-adolescent/adolescent children
Experience with individual and group counseling
Knowledge/experience with scheduling & NJASK administration, a plus.
Superior interpersonal skills
Initiative, self-direction, commitment
Ability to work as part of a team
