Description:
Oversee daily practice and weekly competition schedules. Provide bus supervision for all out-of-town competitions, and locker room supervision throughout the season. Build quality relationships with middle school youth and maintain cooperative partnerships with paid and volunteer coaches. Build a strong communication network with program staff, parents, and community. Provide inventory management of all supplies, equipment, and uniforms and report competition scores to the CE Youth Coordinator. Provide schedule, participant and personnel changes to the CE Youth Coordinator in advance of occurrence.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Two or four year degree in an education-related field preferred. Softball coaching experience and knowledge, specifically skill development. Excellent inter/intra-personal skills. Focus on leadership and the community of Owatonna as a whole are highly desired. Strong technology skills beneficial.Application Procedure:Apply online
