Batavia Public Schools is looking for an Administrative
Assistant to the Superintendent of Schools. Candidates
should possess outstanding professional skills and the capacity
to demonstrate high energy and self starting in a team oriented
environment. In addition, the position requires the
following skillsets:
Excellent skills in spreadsheets, word processing, online
calendar management and website content development.
Proven recored of outstanding communication skills both
written and verbal.
Outstanding troubleshooting and problem solving skills both
independently and in a team situation.
A self-starter who brings resourcefulness, independence, and
initiative to the workplace.
Strong customer service skills both in person and via phone
and electronic media.
Comfortable in a fast paced collaborative environment where
continuous improvement is emphasized.
Knowledge of school systems and the unique demands that exist
in an educational culture.
