Position Specific Information:
Job Goal: The Chief Personnel Officer leads the Human Resource department & Academy personnel through the employee recruitment, orientation, evaluation and retention process while securing professional, meaningful relationships and following all applicable laws and policies. The Chief Personnel Officer also creates and continuously evaluates company policy, succession plans, employee satisfaction, minority recruitment and risk mitigation. The Chief Personnel Officer also trains Academy leaders and future leaders in effective interviewing techniques and processes.
