Staff Developer position available for EASTCONN's Teaching and Learning Services. Position is located at our Hampton facility and requires some travel.
Applicant must have a strong background in curriculum development, differentiated instruction and assessment, have experience facilitating groups and working with adult learners. Experience in using data to improve teaching and learning and experience in facilitating data teams required. Experience in developing and implementing district and school improvement plans a plus. Provide professional development and technical assistance to teachers and administrators in implementation of school improvement efforts, focusing on curriculum development, effective instructional strategies and developing and analyzing formative assessments.Master's Degree or higher, CT Teacher or Administrator Certification or equivalent experience, technology expertise
