OPTIONS ACADEMY - The Arapahoe Campus Summer School provides a credit recovery program designed to address the needs of students who have fallen or are in jeopardy of falling behind in their credits required for graduation. This program is for students who have previously taken a class, but did not earn all credits in that class. Students will work with highly qualified teachers as they participate in self-paced classes, focusing on the individual credits that they need to recover. This program provides an academic environment that meets the credit needs of individual students while adhering to the BVSD guaranteed viable curriculum.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Teachers will be responsible for implementing the Options curriculum, grading and assessments. If you have questions regarding the new summer school model at Arapahoe Campus, please contact Kady Haisley at kady.haisley@bvsd.org
QUALIFICATIONS: Currently hold a Colorado license with appropriate endorsement or licensure application in process with CDE required.
