The School District of the City of Royal Oak and
PCMI Services announce the following open position for the 2011 -
2012 school year:
Continuing Education - Evening Security
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School graduate
or G.E.D. equivalent
2.
Skills to promote good public relations.
3.
Good employment and attendance records.
4.
Preference given to candidates with experience
in working with high school age students.
JOB
SUMMARY:
1. Provide supervision and security in assigned
areas.
2.
Refer legitimate visitors to the school
office.
3.
Discourage any unauthorized visitors to the
building.
4.
Sign loitering complaints and appear in court
if necessary.
5.
Enforce school/program rules with respect to
all students.
6.
Enhance security by being a visible presence,
and communication link between students, staff and visitors.
REPORTS TO:
Director of Continuing Education
WORK SCHEDULE:
Wednesday and
Thursday evenings from
5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
SALARY:
Appropriate Placement on the Continuing Education pay
scale
