About
Chicago Tech Academy
Innovate, Chicago-based tech charter high school seeks an outside-of-the-box leader to join its senior management team as Director of School Culture, Parent Engagement & Operations. Chicago Tech Academy is Chicago's start-up high school, working to inspire, educate and connect the next generation of tech leaders. The Director will join the school management team to focus on:
Developing a schoolwide, positive culture of professionalism, responsibility and involvment
Increase parent involvement in the mission of the school
Develop effective tier 2 and 3 support strategies for students
Provide strategic oversight of school-operations, including human resources
In addition to qualified candidates with a background in public education, we also encourage applicants from non-traditional backgrounds to apply. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in these areas in similar, start-up conditions, and be able to demonstrate how they have contributed to building a collaborative culture at their school, business, or non-profit, and show they know how to leverage resources effectively to get the job done.
