Manager communications,
public relations and all forms of media for the Perspectives
network. Develops communications strategy in order to improve
network visibility in the community. Serves as network brand
manager. Leads efforts to bolster the Perspectives brand, in an
effort to increase enrollment, funding, and overall presence in
the community.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

Identify and
book annual speaking and training engagements for the network
·
Develop a
process and policy for website updates - for individual campuses
and the Support Hub of Perspectives (SHOP)
·
Manage the
Annual Report development process, including developing a budget
and coordinating vendors (designers, photographers, writers and
printers)
·
Manage cost,
production and calendar for all SHOP collateral
·
Manage the
production of selected school-based collateral including school
profiles, on-site network information packets, and materials for
campus tours
·
Manage the A
Disciplined Life® line of branded merchandise to raise awareness
of our unique school culture and social emotional learning
curriculum
·
Maintain photo
archives; take photos occasionally, contract and direct external
photographers with leadership as required
·
Manage external
and internal communications cycle, including monthly internal and
external e-mail blasts.
·
Create and
manage the annual budget and invoice payment for the External
Affairs department
·
Develop and
guide associate board
·
Develop and
implement social networking plan

Experience/Training:
·
Bachelor's
Degree
·
Proficient in
Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, In Design, Adobe
Creative Suite. Basic HTML and web publishing skills
preferred/all forms of social media: Twitter, Facebook,
website
