QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:
High School graduate
3-5 years secretarial experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent time management skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent public relation skills
Ability to meet mandated deadlines
Ability to handle confidential information
Ability to complete multifaceted tasks
Ability to work as a team member
Ability to establish good rapport with faculty and
staff
Quick learner, self-starter, resourceful,
self-directed
Taking of attendance and completion of strips
Uniform cataloging (on computer)
Instrument cataloging (on computer)
Distribution of instrumental lockers and locks (on
computer)
Instrument repair statements and requisitions
Photocopying of music
Filing of music, requisitions and general papers
Other responsibilities which may be assigned and/or
administratively directed.
