Description:

The Transportation Secretary provides secretarial services to the Director of Business Services and Transportation, including word processing, excel spreadsheet, student scheduling and helps to coordinate bus routes.


Ten-Month Employee / 4-hour day


Qualifications:

Two years post-secondary training or four years secretarial job experience, knowledge of software programs such as Word, Excel, etc., good communication skills, ability to handle varied tasks, relate well with children, staff and parents, positive attitude and accuracy and dependability.


A technology skills test will be required by all successful candidates.
