Job Summary: *Food preparation. *Serving and clean up. *Willing to train on the point of sale system. *Perform all other duties within the level of responsibility of position as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: *Experience in a public school kitchen and/or background in related food service operations. *Knowledge of government guidelines and procedures concerning sanitation and safety. *Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. *Must have completed or be willing to enroll and complete the Sanitation and Safety and the School Nutrition Programs courses for Minnesota School Food Services Certification. *Computer skills and experience or willing to learn. *Regular, on-time attendance is required. *Stooping, bending, occasional awkward positions may be necessary to perform essential functions of the position. Must be able to lift 31-50 lbs.
