Description:
Community Consolidated School District 62 in Des Plaines, Illinois is seeking a part-time, general music - drama teacher. This is a general music position requiring an instrumental music endorsement. The hours will be from 7:50-10:00 a.m. at Algonquin Middle School.
Qualifications:
1. Completion of a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university. 2. Illinois teacher certification for K - 8 general music with an instrumental music endorsement. 3. Experience as an elementary and/or middle school music teacher is preferred.
Working Conditions:
District 62 has approximately 4,800 students in grades preK-8 in 8 elementary schools, 2 middle schools and 1 year-around, K-8 school. This assignment will be in various schools in the district.

Selection Procedure:
