Required skills:-Ability to work with at-risk students by possessing a "whatever it takes" attitude in meeting their needs to ensure success-Skill set necessary to be a strong instructional leader knowledgeable of best practices in instruction, curricular issues, and data driven decision making-Strong communication skills and ability to lead the instructional team-Technology skills appropriate to the job for communication, instructional, and administrative purposes-Administration of budget and financial planning for ALE
Job Duties:-Planning and implementation of educational programs in accordance with all state and federal requirements and needs of the districts served.-Responsible for the administrative duties of the Crossroads ALE-Supervise students, faculty, and staff-Communicate effectively with parents-Uphold board policy-Report to the Director of Arch Ford as well as the governing board on the status of the ALE
Qualifications:-Master's Degree in Administration or Higher Area of Specialty-Administrative experience preferred-Successful teaching experience-Must hold a current Arkansas teaching license with secondary administrative certification
