This position requires Elementary certification. Primary age teaching experience is preferred. The position involves working in a cooperatively focused PLC team setting and preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:
- Knowledge of early literacy and curriculum content areas for 2<SUP>nd</SUP> grade students
- Knowledge of multiple instructional designs and differentiated strategies that support diverse learners
- Knowledge of technology skills to support communication, academic and student progress monitoring
- Successful strategies for communicating and collaborating with parents
- Commitment to professional growth and development
