Qualifications:
1. Type 75 Illinois certificate with General Administrative &
Supervisory
endorsement
2. Master's degree, Doctorate desired
3. Minimum 4 years teaching experience
4. Excellent written and verbal skills
5. Demonstrates leadership skills in curriculum, assessment, and
instruction.
6. Demonstrates understanding of statistical techniques,
including use of
standard scores, f-tests, t-tests, correlation, ANOVA, and
MANOVA
Job Goal:
Responsible for providing leadership that assists in
integrating
curriculum, assessment, and instruction and supports the
principals
and teachers in providing District 181 students with a
rigorous,
comprehensive curriculum using highly effective instructional
practices
that are guided by formative and summative assessments.
