Contract: 190 Days
General Statement of the Position: Under limited supervison, plans and presents innovative, developmentally appropriate opportunities for students to learn instrumental music subject matter and skills that will contribute to their development and growth throughout their school years in Band and that will promote life-long learning and appreciation for music education. Reports to the principal.
Requirements:
SC Certification as a Band Director in Music (Instrumental)
Ability to work with students, parents, and teachers
Must possess effective student management skills
Ability to work under limited supervision
Salary: $31,583 - $69,467 + Applicable Supplements
