JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must hold or be eligible to obtain an Idaho Education Credential.
Applicants must be Highly Qualified under State and Federal regulations.
The applicant will be expected to demonstrate a high level of planning and preparation and be able to create an environment of respect in which a culture of learning is established. Strong management skills will be expected demonstrating appropriate monitoring of student behavior and response to classroom issues. The candidate will demonstrate skill in communicating clearly and accurately and have expertise in actively engaging students in the learning process. The applicant will be able to set appropriate goals and provide personalized education for all students. Strong communication with families and a collaborative approach with colleagues will be expected.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Contract Days: 180.5 day contract
Salary Range: Placement on District teacher salary schedule based upon education
and experience.
Contract Start Date: August 27, 2012
