Maintenance Specialist

Salary:  No less than $23.74 per hour per the Negotiated Agreement

Hours:

• Full-time (12 months)
• 8 hours per day
• Monday - Friday
• 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Description:

• Good Communication Skills
• Excellent work ethics
• Ability to fabricate equipment parts for the purpose of meeting specialty needs
• Install a wide variety of material (carpet, tile, drywall, glass, cabinetry, etc.)
• Perform a variety of skill trade functions (HVAC, carpentry, refrigeration, plumbing, etc.)
• Coordinate with supervisor on status of work order completion
• Analyze blueprints, schematics and drawing for the purpose of determining repair and / or installation of new equipment

Qualifications:

• Certification/Licensed in at least one of the following fields:  HVAC / Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.
• Valid Illinois drivers license
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
