JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must hold or be eligible to obtain an Idaho Education Credential.
Applicants must be Highly Qualified under State and Federal regulations.
Jefferson Elementary School is in need of a highly qualified certified elementary teacher to provide reading and math intervention school-wide for grades 1-5. This teacher will need to be able to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Another necessary skill is the ability to work collaboratively with other teachers to develop schedules, lesson plans, activities, and instruction to help students reach their academic goals. A teacher with excellent organization skills, technology skills, and the ability to progress monitor data that reflects student learning/growth is essential. The interventionist will provide direct instruction in a small group setting.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Contract Days: 180.5 day contract
Salary Range: Placement on District teacher salary schedule based upon education
and experience.
Contract Start Date: August 27, 2012
