Music Technician II (.25 FTE)

POSITION:                  MUSIC TECNICIAN II - SUPPORT

                                  .25 FTE

LOCATION:                 Laguna Elementary School

SALARY:                   $9.96 per hour - commensurate wtih experience

TERMS/BENEFITS:       2012-2013 School Year

                                  .25 FTE

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School Diploma
• Must possess an associate's degree or 60 hours of coursework documented on an official transcript from an accrediated institution of higher education; or pass a formal state assessment such as Master's Teacher's Para Educator Learning Network (prior to hiring);
• Must possess a good working knowledge of the field of instrumental music;
• Must possess an ability to read music in order to assist in the teaching of basic aspects of music theory;
• A minimum of two years related work experience preferred;
• A minimum of four years of college training or equivalent preferred;
• Ability to direct instrumental music performance preferred.
