Assistant Superintendent of Schools
Hudson School District seeks a well-qualified
candidate for this key leadership position. The Hudson
School District, with a student population of 4,100 and an annual
budget of $45,000,000, is one of the larger districts in New
Hampshire.
The Assistant Superintendent provides leadership
for curriculum development and implementation, as well as
implements proven educational strategies that enhance student
achievement. This role will oversee and implement a district-wide
comprehensive assessment system that provides direction to
instruction and informs the public regarding student achievement.
Further, this position is responsible
for the development of a multi-faceted staff professional
development program that provides a myriad of opportunities for
staff professional growth.
Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible to
hold a valid NH certification as a
Superintendent.
A minimum of five years of experience in the
field of Education with at least two years of building level
and/or Central Office Administration experience required.
The anticipated salary range for the position is
$95,000 - $105,000 and benefits include medical, dental, life and
long term disability insurance as well as 25 paid vacation
days.
