Mt. Pisgah Elementary School and Bethune Elementary School

(0.5 FTE Mt. Pisgah and 0.5 FTE at Bethune)

Qualifications:                 

1. Valid South Carolina Certification as an Elementary Principal / Supervisor
2. Three years of successful experience as a school principal or assistant principal
3. Proven track record of

·          Providing a safe, orderly school climate

·          Achieving academic success for all students

·          Maintaining staff collegiality and teamwork

·          Maintaining effective parent / community relationships

·          Using technology to maximize student success

·          Managing school budgets and operations effectively

1. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board and Superintendent may find appropriate

Term of Employment:  

Based on 242 days per year

Salary Range :                    

$73,650- $97,216
