  The Ladue School District seeks an outstanding educational leader to join our district family and to become a part of our Educational Services program within the office of Curriculum and Instruction.  Key responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:  Assessment, Special Education, Response to Intervention and Section 504 Coordination.  Additional responsibilities may include: Curriculum Coordination and Professional Development.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Educational Leadership and/or School Administration, Doctorate preferred.  Previous building level administrative experience required.  Experience with special education and assessment is critical, as well as using data to drive instruction.  Missouri Administrator certification required; Missouri superintendent certification preferred.  A strong background in instructional leadership and a proven track-record in implementing research-based best practices, including data analysis are essential.  Knowledge of and experience with RTI and the importance of inclusive practices to meet a diverse range of student needs is crucial.  A background in the utilization of instructional technology and the importance of inquiry-based learning are preferred. The successful candidate will be a leader who can build relationships with staff, parents and patrons and who has a clear passion for the work of educating students. Experience with data teams, differentiating instruction as well as success in implementing strategies to reduce the achievement gap are desirable.
