QUALIFICATIONS:
1.
Previous coaching and/or wrestling
experience
2.
Proven ability to handle administrative
responsibilities of a sports team
3.
Ability to communicate, foster and maintain
positive relationships with students, other coaches,
administrators, news media, boosters, and parents
4.
Excellent organizational and communication
skills
5.
Successful experience in mentoring and
developing a coaching staff
6.
Knowledge of current training methods that are
proven effective through research
7.
Possess good motivational skills
8.
Ability to plan both short and long term to
guide the direction of the wrestling program
9.
Must undergo fingerprinting and criminal
background check
