Qualifications-Ability to lift minimum of 45 lbs. Demonstrates ability to complete assigned responsibilities, read, write, follow instructions, and keep building interior spaces clean. Able to shovel or clear sidewalks, driveways, and steps as appropriate and makes sure the building is secured.
