Clean and maintain inside and oustide of all buildings in the
district.
Perform minor mechanical jobs as directed.
Clean and monitor boiler room/storage rooms, etc.
Unload trucks with supplies/equipment - some heavy lifting
required.
Perform other jobs and duties as directed by the building
principal such as set up for assemblies, move supplies within the
school, remove trash from exterior grounds, eliminate health
safety hazards, broken glass, ice, snow, etc.
Work with the Chief of Maintenance and principal and staff to
actively create and maintain a safe work and learning environment
for students, staff, and the public in all district schools and
on all district grounds.
The normal hours for this position are 3:00 - 11:00 p.m.
