Required Qualifications: 
Experience working with at-risk students;

Be able to build relationships with struggling students;
Experience in "conflict resolution" and a variety of disipline strategies;
Experience working with parents and children in difficult and sensitive situations; 

Must be a team player with great communication skills;
 
Desired Qualifications: 
Experience working in a school setting;
Excellent written and oral skills.
