Overview: The School District of University City's Board of Education is seeking an Administrative Assistant who is adaptable, professional and detail oriented. The candidate selected will have extensive office professional experience, technological skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Requirements: Public school clerical experience, previous Board of Education employment preferred, high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Office Suite experience, SISFIN and SISK-12 experience and a score of 4 or above on the Support Staff Inventory screening instrument. Final candidate will be required to serve as a Board of Elections contact, obtain notary certification, be available for full-time employment by July 2, 2012 and amenable to flexible working hours. Compensation/Benefits: This is a twelve month, non-exempt position, with a Salary range of $35,000 - $45,000.
