Qualifications:
 
  • Accredited Senior High School Diploma or valid equivalent (USA equivalency).  Associate's Degree a plus
  • Five years directly related experience
  • Advanced secretarial or business training
  • Experience in oracle financial applications and/or database mainframe financial systems
  • Demonstrated familiarity with computer software applications; i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Filemaker Pro
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and assignments
  • Demonstrated organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and prepare accurate and time correspondence
  • Demonstrated problem solving/investigative skills to research and respond to inquiries
  • Occasionally required to lift or exert force of up to 10 lbs
  • Ability to communicate in English by speaking, reading and writing

Duties & Responsibilities:
 
  • Under general direction, provide a full range of administrative assistant support to the Director of Business & Logistics
  • Review oracle time clock in/out detail report for monthly and biweekly employees to ensure proper compensation and enter discrepancies from report into the employee attendance form
  • Audit employee report clock in/out times of less than eight hours worked per day
  • Search of employee leave file for absences during current pay period dates and compare time clock report with leave entered by employee in the employee leave file
  • Verify discrepancies with employee or supervisor between time clock detail report and leave file and create attendance reports for employee in the leave file for management review
  • Contact Supervisor Trainees for proper documentation as needed for each pay period
  • Create overtime, employee absences and clock in/out reports for internal management
  • Notify employees of needed leave documentation
  • Respond to Cafeteria Supervisors regarding their pay or the pay of his/her employees
  • Perform all other job related duties as assigned

$31,273 - $53,003
