Assignment: Extended School Year
Qualifications: School Certified Nurse
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Ability to work and communicate with students in an appropriate professional manner
Major Responsibilities:
Process nurse report
Consult with teacher and/or teacher assistant as needed
Maintain student health records
Administer medications and tube feedings to students in accordance with District guidelines
First aid as needed
Notify parents if needed
Maintain clean and orderly health office
Process medical evaluations as needed
Start/End Dates: June 7, 2012 through July 13, 2012
Compensation: $29.00 per hour
