Support administrative operations of the Office of the Principal.
Ensure resolution or proper referral of confidential and non-confidential matters regarding students, staff, parent and alumni relating to the Office of the Principal.
Maintain accurate filing systems and databases for materials and documents involving all aspects of the Office of the Principal.
Coordinating and assuring proper procedures are followed.

Knowledge of Zangle, Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint, GoogleDocs, Access, Adobe Acrobat Pro and US Postal Procedures/Mailing Techniques
Ability to work confidentially, professionally, effectively with staff, students and public
Excellent composition, spelling, computation and organizational and time-management skills
Ability to complete multiple tasks accurately with constant interruption
E-1, $15.02/Hour, 12 month position; Start date: June 2012
