Job Summary:

  • Support administrative operations of the Office of the Principal.
  • Ensure resolution or proper referral of confidential and non-confidential matters regarding students, staff, parent and alumni relating to the Office of the Principal.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and databases for materials and documents involving all aspects of the Office of the Principal.
  • Coordinating and assuring proper procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Zangle, Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint, GoogleDocs, Access, Adobe Acrobat Pro and US Postal Procedures/Mailing Techniques
  • Ability to work confidentially, professionally, effectively with staff, students and public
  • Excellent composition, spelling, computation and organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks accurately with constant interruption 

Working Conditions:
E-1, $15.02/Hour, 12 month position; Start date: June 2012
