TYPE OF POSITION:         

As program needs (November – March), hours vary on game days    

Hours may vary based on building/program needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• High School Diploma, or equal

Preferred:                 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• MN Coaching certificate                         

Experience:  

• Demonstrated ability to organize and supervise a total sports program
• Previous coaching experience and substantive knowledge base in assigned sport
• Proven ability to work with high school aged students modeling positive character and responsible behavior
• Orientation toward continuous improvement

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:

Variable schedule to accommodate practices and competition in a major sports program.

POSITION SUMMARY:

To direct, support and fully implement the assigned High School Athletic Program with an education based philosophy of teaching and coaching.
