Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
Experience in similar position preferred.
Excellent communication skills with students, parents and staff required.
Demonstrated ability to motivate at risk high school students.
Knowledge of high school discipline procedures, behavior plans and educational practices.
Manage student supervision issues and enforce school behavioral expectations.
Monitor, track and report students not on track to graduate and implement intervention programs.
Demonstrated ability to manage students and programs.
Attention to detail and technology reporting skills a must.
Provides assistance with hallway, lunchroom, extra-curricular and athletic event monitoring.
Assist principals as needed related to the student body.
CPR certified helpful.
